he conference's registration period opens on 7 November 2018 and closes on 1 May 2019. Those registering before 15 March are offered a reduced registration fee. To resolve any doubts regarding registration, please contact the conference organizers at the following address: inscripciones.sep2019@ehu.eus

 

A) REGISTRATION FOR SPEAKERS

  • All authors or signatories of papers presented at the conference must register and pay the appropriate fee. In return, they will receive an attendee's file as well as certificates as both a speaker and an attendee (for those attending the conference in person), publication of their paper in a given format (see Papers section), coffee-breaks, the lunch on Thursday 30 May and the buffet offered on Friday 31 May after the closing event. ** To make use of the unemployed and/or student fee the appropriate documentation must be sent to: inscripciones.sep2019@ehu.eus


A) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPANTS WITH PAPER

Go to the registration webpage in order to fill in the identification form (name, surname, etc.) and click on the button "Confirmation and Payment" to confirm registration and proceed with payment. Then, choose one of the two following methods of payment:

1) Access to 'MiPago' online gateway for payment with VISA-MASTERCARD-MAESTRO card. 2) “Payment slip”. This option is only available for BBK-Kutxabank customers, since it allows an online transfer from the customer's BBK-Kutxabank account.

  • If you want a receipt of payment, please mark the box "request receipt" on the confirmation screen.
  • In all cases (online payment with card or offline payment by payment slip), when the registration process is completed, the system will, by default, send an email with a “payment slip” as an attached document.
  • If payment is at UPV/EHU's expense, payment will be carried out internally. Check with your department secretary.
  • If you require an invoice, please notify inscripciones.sep2019@ehu.eus indicating the details of the person /entity (with tax code) that is due to make the payment.

For other banks, a bank transfer can be carried out. Bank name: KUTXABANK. Gran Vía, 30-32. 48009 Bilbao. strong>Bank account: 2095 0292 9932 3900 8576 IBAN: ES95. BIC/SWIFT: BASKES2BXXX

In this case, please send the bank slip for the operation to inscripciones.sep2019@ehu.eus, indicating SEP2019_SURNAME NAME

B) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR ATTENDEES ONLY  (no paper presentation)

Attendees will be charged the fees stated above, but with a reduction of 15 Euros in all categories and periods. Registration as an attendee gives you the right to an attendee's certificate (for those attending the conference in person), coffee, lunch on Thursday 30 May and the buffet offered on Friday 31 May after the closing event.

REGISTRATION FOR COMPLEMENTARY ACTIVITIES

Participants have the option of registering for the following activities:

  • SEP Dinner (Thursday 30 May): 25 Euros. Access to sign up and payment form . Same procedure as for the general registration (first screen of the platform to fill in the identification form (name, surname, etc.); then click on the button "Confirmation and Payment" to confirm registration and access a second screen to proceed with payment). Limited spaces (when all the spaces are occupied, the sign up and payment form will be closed). Dinner will take place in a restaurant near the Conference venue. It will be notify by mail the name and adress of the restaurant.
  • Excursion by boat along the Bilbao Estuary  (Friday 31 May, 16:30). FREE (Limited spaces. SEP Members will have preference. Selected participants will receive a notification of acceptance the previous week). Go to the FORM TO SIGN UP, before 1 May (deadline).
